And in health

He has started to bounce back, while one small slave has started to develop a raging chest infection.
There is no justice in this world sometimes...
But one does feel that we can say that cum is not the most effectatious preventative medicine...
Whatever He may claim

Sighs we take our wins where we can :)

Living hell

Ages ago one mentioned that a house was being built next door. Well it's finished and they're here...
OMG! They are noisy, raucous, social people who start their days with loud breakfasts on their minuscule patio and then progress to lunches and dinners every single day. Honestly one didn't think you could get that many bottles in a recycling bin. The only saving grace is that they are in bed by 9.30.
That and the fact that they don't open the blinds on the window, that looks straight into our blindless bathroom window :D

Did you know?

After reading yesterday's blog post He spent... oh quarter of an hour... happily proving that sperm is beneficial. Apparently it is good for morning sickness (only if it is the sperm of the foetuses father... long involved story), improves the skin (is used in some salons in their treatments... yeah, no), helps with depression and is a rich source of nutrients (seems that 128 rules guy was right after all).

Of course the really fascinating bit of trivia about sperm came from His sister, in one of her fly by visits. It seems that researchers have been experimenting to see what smells attract sperm. All this science is in the aid of improving fertility. And what smell makes sperm line up and row for gold you may be wondering?

Lily of the Valley. Yes folks, it seems grandma was right after all. The flower, which graced every woman's (of a certain age) dressing table and wardrobe, makes the little buggers sit up and take notice. Now all they have to do is work out how to use this bit of knowledge...

Sighs no good is going to come of this

In sickness...

We are both coming down with something. It's too soon to tell what exactly, but we are running temperatures (we think, due to the weather it's hard to tell), a little nauseous and there is the beginnings of a nasty sounding, barking cough...
This was after one specifically said that there was to be no shared illnesses this time...
There is altogether too much togetherness going on round here...
Seriously, someone has to look after one small slave for a change...
And His coming all over one's tits, as one knelt by the bed, is not some sort of cure, whatever he may claim.

Cravings

Trying to salvage some vestige of our interrupted day off by going out to dinner afterwards, we drove to our favourite hamburger place with dancing thoughts of rich meats topped with cheese and bacon.
Valiantly we fought our way through the beginnings of peak hour traffic and an electrical storm to get there.
We found a park nearby and scampered through the rain to arrive at their door...
To find them closed due to a fire yesterday afternoon.
The fucking universe hates us.
And for the record cold fish, in the form of sushi, just doesn't cut it when the tastebuds are all set for meat and grease with a side of crispy, chunky fries.

The war cry

Due to the fucked up nature of this week one offered, very kindly one thought, to make Him his blasted beloved pancakes as a Sunday morning treat...
What? You aren't getting up at 4.30 to make them on Monday He asked in an aggrieved tone
Erm... no! It's bad enough that one will have to get up at 5.30 to go to work. Pancakes are not on offer

Bad slave He said. I could make you do it He added.
Yes you could
I suppose I would never hear the end of it He said in a considering tone as he weighed up the options
Oh you would hear the end of it... of course so would everyone else via the blog...
Anyway this went on for few minutes, back and forth, with far more humour than the idea warranted until He conceded that his idea was unreasonable Sunday pancakes were better than no pancakes...

This morning He came home too tired to eat and one was about to go out for a run, so promising Him pancakes when he woke we went our separate ways...
A few hours later He emerged from the cave chanting...
Pancakes, pancakes, pancakes...

Sighs sometimes one can't help but feel that His inner child is left in charge way too often :)
