Don't be a smart arse and actually do it if you have very
low blood pressure
It seems the heat of the shower and being fucked in the arse
in that position makes the blood rush to your head. Standing upright doesn't
seem to improve the situation one whit... in fact it makes the blood pressure
tank completely
