Red flags

Over on lil's blog, where she is discussing a hysterically funny an unfortunate sexual encounter, she suggested that one might like to loan her a red flag as they didn't seem to be of much use to one small slave. The thing is one does get to wave them freely... they just don't seem to make much of a difference to the outcome...
And it got one to thinking...
Perhaps there is a reason for this.

Maybe He can't read the frantic signals
Maybe He is colour blind...
That would explain everything...
See one small slave waves a red flag and He sees grey... for go L

lmao.
Must be color blind.
Or maybe it's more like waving a red flag in front of a raging bull, and it really means "come get me!"

It's the movement. All predators track on movement. Think cat and mouse. Stop waving.

Just lay there and let them bat you around a bit. If you don't react, they get bored and move off to something else.

Maybe.

@Themonkey So play dead? Wonders idly how that works out in real life... some animals do just that. Do they survive is the question. Logic would suggest no, but survival is an adaptive behaviour. Sighs more bloody questions

Some animals do play dead. Sheep are one of them. If a sheep gets stressed out it just flops down and gives up. "Eat me" it says. I have no idea why they do that. Some people say they are just born looking for a place to die anyway.

Well a cursory glance reveals that the art of playing dead is fascinating
